Blush and White: A Softly Feminine Teenager's Bedroom

This bedroom was designed for a young woman: a space that holds the softness of girlhood while making room for the person she is becoming.

The palette draws on blush pink, warm white, and soft taupe, running consistently through every element. Pink trim detail frames the built-in joinery, the dressing table, and the study nook, creating a sense of cohesion without rigidity. Gold accents in the furniture add warmth and a quiet sense of occasion.

The room works hard without showing it. A daybed with integrated storage and a trundle sits beneath a gallery wall on the sloped feature wall, making the most of the attic geometry. On the opposite side, a full-height wardrobe opens to reveal a study nook, lit and considered. A dressing table with an illuminated round mirror sits between them, completing the trio of functions: sleep, study, and self.

Every zone is distinct, yet the room reads as a single, unified interior. Nothing competes. The architecture of the ceiling becomes part of the design rather than a constraint.

This is a bedroom that will serve its occupant well now, and continue to feel right as she grows.
