About Us

Roy is a Director at Implicit Atelier and our trusted knowledge bank, bringing over 47 years' experience in the construction industry, with an architectural background and senior expertise in CDM, safety consultancy, design management, and project delivery.

He is a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Builder, Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety, and holds NEBOSH qualifications. Roy has led CDM and safety services for consultancy, development, and blue-chip clients, including Canary Wharf Contractors, where he acted as in-house CDM Manager across major London projects.

His public and private sector experience brings practical buildability, risk management, commercial awareness, and clear problem-solving to every project.

Sneha is the co-founder and Principal Designer of Implicit Atelier, a boutique interior design studio offering e-design, bespoke interiors, décor services, and end-to-end project management for private homes and commercial spaces.

A BIID registered member, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree from the Glasgow School of Art. With UK project experience since 2009, Sneha brings together creative vision, architectural knowledge, and technical expertise.

She also has extensive experience in CDM regulations, supporting projects with a strong awareness of health, safety, compliance, and responsible design. Her work creates elegant interiors that harmonise colour, texture, light, form, warmth, functionality, and wellbeing.

Michelle is the co-founder of Implicit Atelier, leading the studio's operations and marketing. With a background in business management and strategic planning, she keeps the studio running seamlessly — overseeing performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring every client experience is as considered as the designs themselves.

She holds a Master's in Digital Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London, and specialises in digital growth, SEO and website development. Her passion for interior design, nurtured through her family-run business, gives her a unique perspective that bridges creative vision with operational clarity.
